The mediation service is available free of charge to service partners with a PLUS membership and their clients.

How The Process Works

1. Dispute case opened
2. Both parties agree to mediation
3. Information obtained
4. Evaluation of case with reference to the code of conduct.
5. FixIT suggests steps to resolution
6. Parties agree
7. Agreement implemented
8. Case closed

In extreme cases members may be expelled if they fail to adhere to the code of conduct.
