  After almost 20 years in the IT industry from 1st line to 3rd line support for various products from ADSL to VoIP I went to being self employed. I help businesses and home users with their IT worries and problems from website services (design through to hosting) as well as WiFi and cabling services. I install routers and switches as well as PC repair too, which includes upgrading, repair / replacement of faulty parts, advice and Windows installation.
