Why use the out of hours service?

Of course, you could simply expand your own operating hours but that will come at a much higher cost. 

Who provides the service?

All support requests will be answered by multi skilled, professional support staff with at least 3 years experience. All speak excellent English. 

I'd rather clients didn't know that another company is answering support calls. Is there a white label option?

Yes, there is a fully integrated service available, including answering calls in your company name. Please contact us for details. 

How do I know you won't steal my clients?

We won't contact your clients in any way what so ever, other than to answer their immediate queries.

How is the service paid for?

Your clients pay us directly by credit or debit card. You receive a 10% commission payment on all revenue generated via your referral code

Do you offer onsite service?

Yes, but this isn't guaranteed. We will always try to push the client back to you as soon as possible.
